  • Pay special attention to the mailing addresses on the General Meet Registration and the Vendor Contract. They are to be sent to two different addresses.
  • Vendor payment is due in full by March 30, 2017.
  • All vending space will be at the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds, South Bend, IN.
  • Vendor move in and setup begins at 12 noon on Tuesday, May 3, 2017.
  • Vendor move out should not begin until Saturday afternoon, May 7, 2017.
